David Cauchi to Take on New Opportunity Following Grove Racing’s Bathurst Success

Grove Racing today announces that Team Principal, David Cauchi, will take on a new opportunity at the conclusion of the 2025 Supercars Championship season, following four successful years with the team.

Since joining Grove Racing in 2022 as the team’s first appointment under Grove ownership, Cauchi has played a key role in helping transform the team into a consistent front-runner. His leadership, professionalism and experience have contributed to several key milestones — including Grove Racing’s first pole position, podium, race win, and most recently, its Bathurst 1000 victory.

Having helped guide the team through an important phase of its growth, Cauchi feels the timing is right to take on a new challenge, with the full support of Grove Racing leadership. He will continue to lead the team throughout the 2025 season to maintain momentum in Grove Racing’s push for its first Championship.
