PENRITE RACING SHOWCASE BUILDING RENOVATION PROGRESS
In their latest video, Penrite Racing Team Principal, David Cauchi and Director of Construction at Grove Group, Jayden Grove, provide a tour of the team’s Braeside base showcasing the progress of their renovations which are due to be completed in the coming months.
The upstairs office area is near finalisation with the team’s Commercial and Engineering staff set to move in next week. The space features an open plan design for the team to collaborate as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen and café area designed for staff as well as commercial events with equipment provided by Penrite Racing team partners, Unox and Mocopan Coffee.

The gym room features stunning hexagonal lighting and will be an area the whole team can train in throughout the year. Our mechanics and pit crew will also complete their training programs in the new gym as they prepare for rounds.
The next stages of the renovation will see the progression of the upstairs bar/function area which overlooks the workshop.

The workshop itself will also be completely renovated with brand new facilities including workshop bays, storage rooms and more. The team couldn’t be more excited to see their home base being developed.
